All Participants
The week of meeting you will be added to a Signal group (FTLASL Meeting Support or FTLASL Live Demos).

Scripture playlists and pictures should be sent using this form: https://ftlasl.net/playlist
Please note when your playlist should be sent:
Midweek meeting:
Before Wednesday @ 4:00 PM
Weekend meeting:
Before Saturday @ 12:00 PM
❗️ Note: It can take several hours to prepare everything for a meeting. Please submit everything as early as possible!

Please clearly list your scriptures and pictures in order. Provide descriptions for pictures and links to videos needed if possible.

CLM Chairman
Just as a regular talk, please submit your picture and any video needs you are responsible for. This includes Sample Conversation videos, pictures, announcements, and letters from Bethel that should be shown to the congregation.
Zoom Participants
We eagerly look forward to your hard work for the upcoming meeting. Hybrid meetings require a little extra time and support from everyone involved for the meeting to run smoothly.
Please find a few reminders below:
General
You will be renamed to the talk number or order you have a part (please do not change):
IMPORTANT: Please join the Zoom meeting using computer\internet audio. You will be muted automatically. This will prevent popups when you give your part.
Student Talks
For your talk, you will be dual spotlighted.
Camera
Practice setting up your camera to make sure you are easy to see and clear. Phones, tablets, or webcams should be at eye-level, at the proper distance, and in landscape mode (see pictures).
Review be study 17 for proper use of video equipment for meetings.
This applies for brothers and sisters.
Commenters
It is preferred that commenters use the “raise hand” feature in Zoom. However, if comments must be prearranged due to technical limitations, please submit which comment is prearrange so the Zoom video operator knows who to spotlight:
⚠️ Important: Please still inform the commenter to use the “raise hand” feature.
💡 Tip: Wait to submit your prearranged comments until the the beginning of the meeting to ensure you have no last minute additions.
